1:1 Pilates provides focused Pilates exercises for your unique needs and pain and postural conditions. My approach to private training is to teach you how to move throughout your session as well as throughout your entire week optimally. I continue to focus on creating healthy movement biomechanics so you can live WITHOUT pain. I want my clients to not just survive but THRIVE and feel their best each day!
